All You Need to Know

This can work in multiple ways. After you find the car you like, send us the information on the car, and we will give you a quote. You can also ask the dealer to call us for a quote. Or the way we recommend is that you fill out an application and send it to us with three months' bank statements to get pre-approved so that you can shop with confidence for your car anywhere in the country, knowing you already have approval. We are happy to run quotes on multiple cars to help you decide what is best for you.

How long are your lease terms?

Terms can be as short as 13 months to a maximum of 60 months.

What do I need for approval?

All you need for approval are a valid U.S. or international driver's license, a credit application, and three months of your most recent bank statements. Call us at 1 (678) 719-4741 if you need additional clarity or information.

How do I get pre-qualified?

By providing three months' bank statements, an estimate of your credit score, and identifying the car you are looking for, we can conditionally approve you and give you an idea of what your down payment and monthly payment might be.Final approval is subject to a completed credit application, review of credit, and the specific vehicle and price to be leased.

What are the minimum and maximum loan amounts?

Our minimum advance is $60,000 with NO maximum. Cars with a sale price of $80,000 or more will typically qualify for our program.

Is this a lease or finance?

Verity only writes open-ended business leases, but we can set the residual to 10% of the capitalized cost to simulate a finance. If you lease it through your business, we can write the residual down to as little as $101.

How much down?

We are equity buyers; our down payments are typically higher than traditional financing companies. While there is no exact answer, here is a simplified estimate to give you a general idea:

Our down payment ranges from 15-35% of the vehicle price PLUS taxes, dealer fees, and DMV charges. Every auto will differ, depending on its age, wholesale value (mileage/condition/warranty), and retail selling price.

Our down payments are typically higher than traditional financing. However, this allows us to overlook most credit concerns and income verification – we will not ask you for a tax return or a pay stub. Our approval rate is over 95%!

The down payment will largely depend on the current wholesale value of the car, the retail price you are paying, and your credit profile. Exact down payments will vary with every car and typically range from 15-35% of the retail price PLUS dealer and registration fees and applicable state taxes of where you are registering the vehicle.

How much are the payments?

Payments are calculated on each individual vehicle using the capitalized cost, residual, and the term of the lease.

Can I lease through my business?

Yes. We do both business and personal leases. If you want to use your business, you must prove you own a majority of the business. If it is an LLC, generally, we will need to review an operating agreement with the percent ownership and the listing of members. For a corporation, we need to see the number of outstanding shares and the number of shares you own.

If you do not own the majority of shares, we can add another owner to the vehicle or have a notarized corporate resolution signed by the other business owner stating that you can in-debt the company for the specific purpose of this lease.

What are the tax benefits of leasing?

Leasing an exotic car offers the distinct advantage of allowing the full cost of the lease payments to be written off as a business expense at the end of each calendar year no matter the vehicle's weight.

For a $1,200 monthly lease, this translates to an annual deduction of $14,400, offering a distinct tax advantage over purchasing, especially when considering the IRS's depreciation limits on luxury vehicles.

The IRS caps first-year depreciation deductions for luxury vehicles at $20,200 (with bonus depreciation) or $12,200 (without), for vehicles weighing 6,000 pounds or less. This cap does not apply to leased vehicles, where the full lease payment is deductible.

This means leasing not only bypasses depreciation limits but also allows for full deduction of lease payments, making it a more tax-efficient option for those looking to drive luxury vehicles without compromising on tax benefits.

Interest rate

Our interest rates currently range from 18-40%, and will vary with market interest rates. There are multiple factors in determining the rate. Some factors include but are not limited to your credit score, bank statement balances, and the quality of the asset.

Where do I find or see the cars?

You can find cars anywhere in the continental US. We do not sell cars; we are a lending institution. You are free to shop for the car you want where you would like.

Can I buy from a private seller?

Yes, you can. However, the process is sometimes longer, more complex, and more expensive as we may require additional steps to ensure a clean transfer of title.

Any additional costs are your responsibility. However, we will send an inspector to look over the vehicle to ensure there are no major issues with the car.

Note that this is not a full pre-purchase inspection, which you may want to consider before purchasing from a private seller or a dealer you are unfamiliar with.

Can I trade in my vehicle at any time?

Yes, you can. Just get a payoff from us to see what you owe, then see what the dealer or person is willing to pay you for the car, and the difference is yours to keep.
